Application Information

To apply for membership submit with dues payment the following completed and signed forms:

1. Application form
2. Affirmation by Applicant form
3. Recommendation form if you are a non-governmental attorney

Visa/Mastercard is available as payment.

NAPPA uses a 2-tiered approach for its membership.
The cost annually is $390 for members of outside firms and the first member of a public fund.
The cost annually for subsequent members of a public fund is $195.
